• Timely delivery of the goods to the platform.
• Any damage or loss before handover to the platform is the seller’s responsibility.

Platform’s Responsibilities

• Delivering the goods to the customer.
• Meeting delivery deadlines.
• Damage during logistics if packaging meets requirements.
• Delivery may be performed by platform couriers or third-party logistics providers.

Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery timeframes are determined by the platform depending on product type and delivery location.
• Estimated delivery time is shown to the customer when placing an order.

Logistics Fees

• Delivery fees are determined by the platform.
• The delivery fee may be included in the total product price or shown as a separate charge.
• The seller accepts the logistics fee structure established by the platform.

Acceptance and Delivery of Goods

• Upon acceptance from the seller, the platform checks the external condition of the goods.
• Any delivery issues are handled directly by the platform with the customer.

Returned Goods

• Returned goods are accepted according to platform rules.
• Returned goods are transferred back to the seller under a procedure agreed between the seller and the platform.

Amendments to the Rules

• The platform may amend these logistics rules unilaterally.
• Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform.
