1. Seller Status and Registration
The seller must be a legally registered entity with valid licenses.
The seller must provide accurate company and tax information.
The platform may request additional documents or conduct inspections.
2. Product Listing and Content
The seller must provide real product images and correct specifications.
Selling counterfeit or illegal products is strictly forbidden.
The seller must maintain accurate real-time inventory.
3. Pricing and Commission
The platform charges a service commission of 3%, 5%, 7%.
Prices must not be higher than on other marketplaces.
4. Order Management and Delivery
Orders must be confirmed within 24 hours.
The seller is responsible for timely shipment.
Goods must be packed properly for wholesale transport.
5. Financial Settlements and Escrow
Funds are held in escrow until buyer confirmation.
Funds are transferred within 26 business days.
The seller must replace or refund defective goods.
6. Dispute Resolution and Rating
The platform acts as an arbitrator in disputes.
Low ratings may result in account suspension.
7. Data Protection and Competition
Buyer data may be used only for order fulfillment.
Platform internal information must remain confidential.
Commercial data may be used for marketing and analytics.
8. Liability and Penalties
Selling counterfeit goods leads to immediate termination.
Consistent delays may result in restrictions.
9. Termination of Cooperation
The seller may terminate with 30 days notice.
All obligations must be settled before closure.
10. Communication
All communications occur via platform or official email.
