This help page is intended for companies operating on the B2B e-commerce platform as Sellers. It contains all essential information required to use the platform efficiently and effectively.
All submitted information is reviewed by the platform administration. Once approved, the seller account becomes fully active.
After completing all fields, click Confirm to submit the product for moderation.
When a buyer places an order, the seller receives a notification and can confirm the order or cancel the order (reason required).
Sellers must prepare and dispatch orders within the specified time frame.
A predefined commission fee is charged for each product sold through the platform.
A Premium Seller receives enhanced features and visibility on the platform.
In case of violations, seller accounts may be temporarily or permanently restricted.
Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
