Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to identify goods prohibited for sale on the Arebor platform, protect the platform, and ensure user safety.
Prohibited Goods
- Drugs and Psychotropic Substances – all substances containing narcotics or psychotropic components.
- Weapons and Ammunition – firearms, cold weapons, gas weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
- Hazardous Chemicals – harmful, toxic, or radioactive materials, as well as chemicals prohibited by Turkmenistan law.
- Covert Surveillance Equipment – hidden cameras, spy systems, and similar devices.
- Drones – all types of drones, regardless of characteristics.
- Medicines and Medical Supplies – any medicines without certification or licensing, including prescription and non-prescription drugs.
- Alcoholic Beverages – any alcohol not permitted by Turkmenistan law or without seller authorization.
- Counterfeit Goods – items that violate copyright or trademark rights.
- Goods Requiring Control or Licensing – food products, medical products, and other items requiring approval or permits.
Responsibility and Platform Rights
- Items in the above categories will not be listed on the Arebor platform.
- The platform reserves the right to reject listings and take action without prior notice to the seller.
- Sellers are fully responsible for attempting to list prohibited items.
